TFE - The Fellowship Educator

Learning

TFE will go through under rigorous training program to know the intricacies of running online education program and various tech related dependencies.

Growth

TFE will be conducting regular online classes for agreed upon teaching subject. After a stipulated time he/she himself will be running his own show.

Community

TFE will get complete hands-on to build his web presence & subsequently he/she will get Foundation core team support to build his own community.

The FellowShip Educator Experience

You will be prompted as an online educator with varied tech skills to conduct online training programs.
If You are located in one of these cities: Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai or Pune, you might be visiting Students hubs some times.
There will be two curriculum, Junior and Senior. For Junior curriculum student teaching range will be grade 5 -10th class and Senior curriculum will be Tech training aged between 15 to 21 years.
You will learn and practice leadership as you serve your Students and navigate the very real challenges of India's inequity.

What After The Fellowship Educator

For our alumni, many avenues have become available. Having gained admission to some of the world's top universities, many of them go on to become successful entrepreneurs, founders, and executives in the private, public, and governmental sectors. Our Fellows have lifetime access to our alumni movement (MOOCs Movement for unfortunates) following the Fellowship. This tight-knit, encouraging community operates in concert to promote educational equity and shares knowledge.
They can decide to work in community centers or schools as Leaders, EdTech Educators, or Trainers and generate additional revenue.
The Fellowship Educator (TFE) can launch themselves as being full fledged entrepreneur after deep diving and learning online educational business strategies.
TFE can become an integral part of our vision - Our goal is to develop a movement of 10,000 leaders during the next ten years. Together, with love, they will endeavor to change the lives of one in dozen children from low-income neighborhoods both within India and outside of our national geographies.
